Introduction of sports



Sports which is also known as physical exercise which is best to our health. Doing sport is the far most accepted to keep us healthy directly. Sport can be described as a kind of physical activity that is performed  in discipline by following some rules and regulation which is played between two players or between two teams which is known as match. The major requisite to play any sport is discipline, patience, and mental stability, a person who possess these qualities can be a successful sportsman.

              The dictionary meaning of sport is an activity involving physical effort and skill in which a person or team competes against another or others.

Sports are used daily in our daily life activity.Our all physical activity is a kind of sport. Sport and games are interrelated or they are similar
